Leigh Gurr made it to Alabama with the load of items donated by Medicine Park Folks and Friends of the Park. The devastation is no longer the news but Tuscaloosa has a long road to go. Here is photo from Leigh as she toured the destruction.
From Leigh Gurr... I was able to drop off a fully loaded truck of supplies and give $239 for food for volunteers and people still homeless, all donated by people from Medicine Park. It was heartbreaking, yet uplifting to see so many people from so many places there to help. It was great to see signs on so many businesses that read "We'll be back". about an hour ago · Like
