As we all know Medicine Park was hit with a devastating blow with the wild fire that occurred June 23 and 24th. I think we can all understand why Dwight missed the deadline with the Oklahoma Art's Council, he was fighting the fire and organizing the clean up as the best mayors do. You can make a difference and keep the caliber of this event topnotch! Please pass this link on to others you feel would be willing to donate.

a note from Mayor Dwight Cope....
Due to the fire of June 24th-27th and recovery I missed the deadline for the Arts Council funding for the Blues Ball ($2,500). We are less than a month out and we are still short on covering all expenses, we can make some cuts in production and promotion if needed. I need help, if anyone ever wanted to donate this would be the time.
